Our six inch thick tapered cover is the strongest, most energy efficient replacement cover available. We obtain a R-30 insulating value by using a six inch thick two pound extra high density foam inserts. High electric bills are a thing of the past with this replacement cover.

Spa Insulating Jacket Features

The Brand new "Eco Friendly" energy saving spa cabinet jacket is made with two layers of 28 oz marine grade Spa Hyde vinyl sandwiching one half inch of foam. The Spa Cabinet Jacket installs as 4 separate sides that snap to the spa cabinet and velcro together at the ends making it easy to install in the fall and remove in the spring.

The Spa Jacket does not interfere with the spa cover use in the winter months. (Jacket stays connected to spa when the spa is in use.) This greatly reduces the spas winter operating costs as well as protecting the cabinet from the harsh winter elements. The perfect retrofit item to save money on spa operating costs.

How it works

Spa manufactures fight a constant engineering battle to design an insulation system that works both in the winter and in the summer. In the warm summer months the spa's pumps and equipment need to ventilated to prevent overheating. In the cold winter months this heat simply escapes into the outdoors. The removable Spa Jacket traps and redirects this heat in the winter months (on) while still allowing proper ventilation in the summer. (off)

The Spa Jacket is custom built to fit your spa and available in any of our 7 attractive colors. Installation is simple only requiring a few receivers to be attached to the side of the cabinet. Once installed the Spa Jacket traps heat energy that would normally escape to the outside back into the spa. This can adds up to significant savings in operating costs in the cooler weather.

Shipping

We will ship your spa cover and jacket within 7 business days of confirming your measurements. Due to the size it must ship with a LTL freight carrier. Because of our volume we have managed to negotiate the lowest posable freight rates on your cover. Look at the map below for your freight rate.

Inspect the cover for any damage before you sign for it. If there is damage to the spa cover do not sign for it. Reject the delivery and contact us. We will get a replacement on its way. The document the freight company is asking you to sign states: "I have received this shipment free and clear of any damages or shortages".

Customers are responsible for ACCURATE measurements, so we make your hot tub cover right the first time. These spa covers are custom built. We cannot take returns or exchanges for spa covers that do not fit due to inaccurate measuring. Please contact us if you need any help with measuring for your spa cover.

We will make you spa cover any way your want it up to 96"X 96". Your new cover will ship, within 3 business days after measurements are received.
