Shipping

Due to the size of a spa it must ship with a specialized freight company. Spas will arrive at your house 3 - 5 weeks from the time of purchase. Delivery is curbside. Arrangements can be made with the freight carrier to have them bring the spa around into the backyard. You will need to negotiate this service with the freight carrier when they call you to schedule the delivery of your spa and would be at an additional cost. It is very important to inspect your spa for damage upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery sheet before you sign for it.

Custom covers take 3 - 5 days to build. They must ship with a freight company. Transit time for a cover is 3 - 7 days. Someone must be home at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the cover. If there is any damage to the cover you must reject the delivery. Call us at 757-855-0381 to let us know your cover has been damaged. It is very difficult to complete a claim with the trucking company if you have signed for the cover. Local pick up is not available for spa covers.

Shipping rates only apply to the 48 contiguous states. We can ship to anywhere in the world, however for many items the cost of the freight outside of the continental US makes this impractical. Call for a quote. Spas are designed to operate on the North American 60 Hz electrical system. Spas being installed elsewhere in the world will need a conversion to operate.

Someone must be home to sign for items shipped with a LTL freight carrier. The freight carrier will contact you by phone before delivery to schedule a time to bring the item to your house. If the freight carrier can not reach you to schedule delivery they may charge storage fees on the item. Your home must be accessible by a tractor trailer. Inaccessible locations, remote locations, islands, gated communities, or locations with limited access could incur additional delivery fees.

We ship all other items FedEx. Most items will ship in one business day. Once an item ships you will receive tracking numbers in your email.

Returns

Due to the costs associated with shipping a spa, we do not accept returns.

Because covers are custom built, we can not accept returns or exchanges on them due to inaccurate measurements. If there is a problem with your cover because we did not build it to the measurements on the order form, we will replace the cover for you. Please be sure to check the measurement receipt as this is what we will be building your cover to.

Due to shipping restrictions there can be no returns what so ever on any gas or LP powered tools, motors, generators, or other items once oil or fuel has been added to the engine. There are no exceptions to this policy. All warranty issues will be handled by the manufacture of these items.

On all other items we offer a 7 day return policy. To return an item you must contact us at 757-855-0381 for a RGA number. Shipments sent to us without a RGA number will be rejected. If any item we sell (excluding spas) is defective or missing parts, notify us and we will have the missing parts or replacement item shipped out on the next available shipping day. All replacement items or parts ship using FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery.

Tax

Items shipped to Virginia and items picked up from our warehouse are subject to Virginia Sales tax. Customer is responsible for reporting and claiming any local taxes. VAT, GST, Broker Fees, and Custom Fees on exported items are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be required to be paid to the shipping agent upon delivery.
