Meet our new Spa Jacket

Picture a padded jacket made to wrap around your hot tub cabinet. That's the idea behind our Spa Jacket: an extra layer of insulation on the outside of your spa, made to fit its shape and size. We make it with four separate panels that attach to your cabinet and fasten together around the spa.

You can add it to the spa you already own, then remove the panels when you need access to the cabinet or no longer need the extra insulation.

Help your spa hold on to its heat

A hot soak in crisp winter air is one of the pleasures of owning a spa. Keeping that water warm means replacing the heat your spa loses along the way. The Spa Jacket helps slow heat loss through the cabinet, reducing the heat your spa needs to replace during cold weather.

Your spa cover insulates the top. The jacket adds a padded insulating layer around the sides. It's a way to put more insulation to work around the spa you already enjoy.

A fit and finish made for your spa

We build each jacket to your cabinet measurements and can make it for any spa shape. Choose from seven colors to coordinate with your spa and outdoor space: Teak, Gray, Slate, Irish Coffee, Navy, Forest Green, and Cranberry.

Two layers of marine-grade Spa Hyde vinyl enclose the insulating foam, giving the jacket a finished exterior as well as its layer of insulation. See Specifications for the full construction details.

Put it on when you want extra insulation

Attach the supplied snap receivers to your cabinet, snap the four panels into place, and join the ends with hook-and-loop fasteners. Once the receivers are installed, the panels can be snapped on and removed as needed.

That removable design gives you access to the cabinet without making the jacket a permanent part of your spa. You can add the insulating layer for cold weather and take it off when it is no longer needed.

Choose your size and color

Jackets can be made for any spa shape. The listed price covers a spa no larger than 95 inches long by 95 inches wide, with a cabinet height of up to 45 inches. For a larger spa or a height not offered in the selector, contact us for sizing help and a quote before placing your order.

Measure before ordering

1. Measure the cabinet height up to the lip of the spa, in inches.
2. Measure the full perimeter around the cabinet at its widest point, in inches. Perimeter means the distance all the way around, not the width of one side.
3. Check the spa's widest length and width against the 95 × 95-inch limit for the listed price.
4. Select your color and cabinet height above, then enter the perimeter in the field provided before adding the jacket to your cart.

Each Spa Jacket is made to order. Allow 7–14 days for construction before shipment; transit time is additional.

Ships via FedEx with free shipping within the contiguous United States. For destinations outside that area, contact us before ordering.

Custom-made Spa Jackets cannot be returned. A 30-day exchange is available for defective jackets.
