2 lb.High-density foam insertsWhy it matters

Premium foam is standard on every Spa Guy cover. Many original spa covers use one-pound-density foam, and replacement covers often start at 1.5 pounds, with two-pound foam sold as an upgrade. Our two-pound-per-cubic-foot foam provides a stronger core, higher R-value per inch, and greater resistance to water absorption than those lower-density options. You get that quality whichever cover thickness you choose.

28 oz.Spa Hyde® vinylWhy it matters

Your cover faces more than sun and rain. Spa Hyde® vinyl is formulated specifically for the heat, humidity, and chemical exposure around a hot tub, including chlorine, bromine, and ozone. At 28 ounces per linear yard, it gives your cover a heavy-duty outer skin with UV and mildew resistance built in. The material is chosen for the environment it needs to withstand. View vinyl colors.

5 yearsLimited cover warrantyWhat is covered

Your new cover is backed by five years of limited warranty coverage for vinyl and workmanship. Insulation has separate one-year coverage against water absorption caused by normal use. Coverage has exclusions, and the purchaser is responsible for warranty freight. Read the full warranty.
