Getting the fit right
A few careful measurements help us make a replacement cover that fits your spa. Start here before completing your order.
We build to the dimensions you provide. We do not add extra material or automatically adjust the size for fit. We review your measurements and contact you if something looks wrong, but make and model alone cannot confirm the dimensions of your spa.
If your old cover is intact and fits well, measure it. Working with a second person makes it easier to keep the tape straight and read accurately.
If the cover is damaged, distorted or missing, measure the spa itself. The dimensions you order must allow the fit you want. Contact us before adding clearance to a cut-corner shape: changing the overall size also changes the corner measurements.
You can choose whether the cover extends over the wooden lip. Measure the outline you want the new cover to cover.
If you want the skirt to hide the lip too, include that depth when choosing the skirt length.
The skirt is the vinyl flap hanging below the cover. Its length is a cosmetic choice, rather than an insulation setting.
Measure from the top of the spa down to where you want the skirt to end. Most skirts cover the acrylic shell without extending farther down the cabinet.
The radius describes the curve of a rounded corner. It is not the distance around the curve.
Use a framing square, or straightedges and a tape measure, to find it.
