Bucket seats with neck jets and three seats at varying heights give you a choice of massage positions. The 88 adjustable stainless steel hydrotherapy jets span three massage zones, with dedicated footwell jets targeting your calves and feet. Individual jet adjustments and seat air controls let you tailor the massage intensity to your preferences.
Set the scene for an evening soak
Let the waterfall add the sound of flowing water, then choose a steady lighting color or a changing sequence with Motion Glow Lighting. Cathedral-style steps provide an entry and exit point and can also serve as a cool-down seat when you want a break from deeper water.
Insulation
The Thermo Service Foam insulation system creates a pocket of still air around the spa to help retain heat and reduce heat loss through the sides. This barrier insulation design also keeps plumbing and equipment accessible for troubleshooting and service.
Cover
The included insulated cover tapers from four inches at the center to two inches at the edges to encourage water runoff. Two-pound-density foam inserts and aluminum C-channel reinforcement provide strength and support, while four locking straps help secure the cover when the spa is not in use.
Water Features
An adjustable waterfall adds the sound of flowing water and a massage across the neck and shoulders. Its separate control lets you choose a gentle cascade or a stronger flow.
Pressurized Filtration
The pressurized filtration system uses the jet pump to move water through a pleated filter cartridge, capturing suspended particles as the water circulates. Regular filter cleaning and proper water chemistry help keep your spa water clear.
Ozone
The corona discharge ozone system introduces ozone into the circulating water to help oxidize contaminants. It supplements your regular water-care routine; sanitizer, water testing, and chemical balancing are still required.
Jets
Stainless steel hydrotherapy jets provide a polished finish and adjustable water flow. Individual jet adjustments and seat air controls let you tailor the massage intensity to your preferences.
Cabinet
The synthetic Permawood™ cabinet provides the appearance of wood without the need for regular staining or refinishing.
Controls
The digital topside control panel puts temperature settings, pumps, and lighting within easy reach. Add the optional compatible Wi-Fi module to monitor and control your spa from your smartphone through your home internet connection.
Lighting
The Motion Glow Lighting system combines an underwater LED light with individual lights around the spa's edge and illuminated water features. Choose a changing color sequence or a steady color to set the atmosphere for your soak.

Payment is required before your spa ships. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders. Mail checks and money orders to the address on your receipt.

Shipping Details
Allow 3–5 weeks from payment to delivery.
Free curbside shipping is available within the contiguous United States to locations accessible by tractor-trailer, excluding California. Spas are not available for delivery to California.
If a tractor-trailer cannot reach your location, contact us before ordering to discuss delivery options. Depending on availability, we may arrange delivery for an additional charge agreed upon with you, or pickup at a freight terminal. If suitable arrangements cannot be made, or you choose to cancel because of these delivery limitations, we will refund your order.
The freight carrier unloads the spa curbside. In rare circumstances, you may need to help unload it. Provide two phone numbers where the carrier can reach you to schedule delivery. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Inspect the spa at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is not recorded on the receipt, you are responsible for replacement and related shipping costs.
Returns
Returns are not accepted. A 30-day exchange is available for defective spas. Contact Spa Guy at 1-866-771-4897 for assistance.
The manufacturer's limited warranty is separate from this exchange policy.
Warranty
Futura's limited warranty applies to U.S. models built in 2022 or later and covers qualifying defects for the original purchaser only:
- Shell structure: 25 years against leaks from manufacturing defects.
- Acrylic shell surface: 15 years against defect-related blistering and cracking.
- Plumbing, electronic controls, pumps, heater, and Permawood cabinet: 2 years.
- Ozone generator and LED lights: 1 year.
- Cover: 1 year through its manufacturer; see the cover warranty card.
- Pillows: 90 days.
Surface coverage drops to 50% of retail repair or replacement costs after five years. Spa replacements after five years exclude installed plumbing costs. Labor, transportation, access, removal, and installation costs are excluded.
Commercial use, normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized repairs, and shipping damage are among the exclusions.
Submit written claims directly to Futura within 10 days of discovering a problem. Obtain return authorization before sending parts or a spa. Retain proof of purchase. Warranty service is at the factory.
